General Policies

• All guest information is confidential and used exclusively for operational and administrative purposes.
• Valid ID is required at check-in for all guests.
• Minors must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
• The hotel adheres to Colombian laws against child exploitation (Laws 679 of 2001 and 1336 of 2009).

Schedule

Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and additional charges.

Reservations & Payments

• Prepayment of the first night is required to confirm the reservation.
• Deposit to Bancolombia account #098-000092-73 under LUSANAI GROUP SAS.
• The remaining balance is paid at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Code of Conduct

• Parties in rooms are prohibited.
• Reservations are non-transferable.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny or terminate stays for inappropriate behavior.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the premises (Law 1335 of 2009).
